The valentine Quintet
Rooted in the melting pot tradition of Jazz, the Valentine Quintet is anything but traditional. Combining the influences of the five continents its members hail from, Valentine writes music that needs no language to explain its fire. She lets all members speak, the ones channeling eastern melodies, latin rhythms, straight ahead jazz and rock, and, through her classical background, she conducts them into perfect counterpoint.
